LAUNCH – HSE Migrant Health Hub, Cork

Using art, music, and food, we will showcase the diversity of the people of Cork City and welcome members of the community from all over the world on World Refugee Day.
The Lord Mayor of Cork, Cllr Dan Boyle, will officially launch the Cork HSE Migrant Health Hub at 12:15.
Guests are invited to explore the centre and learn what it’s about.
There will be crafty activities for young and old as well as delicious food prepared by Saoirse EHD. Nasc, the Migrant and Refugee Rights Centre, will be hosting an art exhibition, while various musical acts will perform throughout the day. The Glucksman will also exhibit the murals of migrant women, created in collaboration with women from the Cork Migrant Centre.
Staff from the HSE’s migrant health services team will be available to answer queries on accessing health services in Cork, while members of the Local Authority Integration Teams (LAIT) and Cork City Partnership – who work directly with migrant populations – will also be available for any other questions you might have.
