Start Your Own Business Info Session – Longford LCRL Buildings 10am to 1pm

As part of Refugee Week 2025, the Longford LAIT (Local Authority Integration Team) organised and hosted an Introduction to Start Your Own Business information session for members of the refugee and migrant community.
The was scheduled to take place on Monday, 16 June 2025, from 10am to 1pm at the LCRL Buildings, Templemichael, Longford (N39 RH22).
Delivered by Terry Harmer of NLC Training, the session aimed to support participants interested in exploring self-employment and entrepreneurship in Ireland.
Topics covered included assessing business viability, identifying a target market, pricing, promotion, and the basics of business setup. Tea and coffee were provided, and contact information was gathered to support future engagement.
