Kilkenny Refugee Week Grande Finale

Join a celebration of culture, community, and connection as part of Refugee Week Kilkenny 2026.
This special event brings people together through music, dance, and food from around the world.
With performances from the following –
Global Dance Club – Enjoy live performances from The Global Dance Club, whose members celebrate diversity and dance as one. Explore movement styles from across continents.
Grono – A powerful Ukrainian choir based in Kilkenny, will perform songs that reflect tradition, solidarity, and hope.
The Acholi Dancers – The South Sudanese Song and Dance Troupe will entertain guests with traditional larakaraka music and dance of the Acholi people
Cré – Cré is an Irish folk duo who specialize in traditional songs and tunes, blending acoustic guitar and bouzouki with vocals. Catch their performance at the Refugee Week Grand Finale.
Rhythm Makers – Drum for Fun and Learn new skills. Join Rhythm Makers Samba drumming workshop, led by Jeremy Hickey.
Alongside the performances, sample delicious dishes from food stalls representing Palestine, Gambia, Ukraine and Syria
